Dein Beitrag entlang unseres Serviceprozesses – kundenorientiert, digital und verlässlich

Du begleitest unsere Kunden kompetent und empathisch durch den gesamten Ablauf eines Schadens – vom Erstkontakt bis zur erfolgreichen Reparatur. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unseren Monteuren und internen Abteilungen zusammen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Deine Aufgaben bei uns

Im operativen Innendienst bei nobleglass in Kolbermoor erwarten dich vielfältige Aufgaben. Unsere Basis ist unsere Einarbeitung in der Auftragsannahme. Vor dort aus gibt es vielfältige Einsatz- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten, je nach Schwerpunkt:

  • Auftragsanlage und Betreuung unserer Kunden und Partner im Tagesgeschäft
  • Koordination, Planung und Organisation unserer Serviceeinsätze
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Materialversorgung – von der Bestellung und Rechnungskontrolle über die Abstimmung mit Monteuren bis hin zur Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten
  • Tägliche Unterstützung der Monteure im Innendienst, sowie schnelle Klärung aller akuten Anliegen im direkten Anschluss
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Monteuren, Lieferanten und Geschäftsführung
  • Operative Abwicklung im Rechnungswesen (Eingang & Ausgang)

Kurz: Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Service reibungslos funktioniert – und bringst gleichzeitig eigene Ideen ein, um unsere Prozesse und Abläufe noch besser zu machen.

Das solltest du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftsnahes Studium
  • Freundliche und dienstleistungsorientierte Kommunikationsweise
  • Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist im Blut
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Verantwortung und dem Blick über den Tellerrand hinaus
  • Sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Tools und IT-Systemen
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
