Estamos com uma oportunidade para atuar como Analista de Planejamento em nosso setor de Manutenção.

Descrição das Atividades:

  • Elaborar, atualizar e controlar o Plano de Manutenção anual do hospital.
  • Preparar planos, procedimentos e instruções de trabalho para as equipes de manutenção.
  • Programar equipes, recursos e materiais de acordo com prioridades operacionais.
  • Acompanhar a abertura das Ordens de Serviço no sistema e programá-las entre as equipes.
  • Acompanhar e auditar a execução dos serviços planejados.
  • Realizar o encerramento das OS, garantindo registros completos de atividades, materiais utilizados, tempos e apontamentos.
  • Registrar e acompanhar causa, modo e efeito das falhas.
  • Realizar análises de condição, tendências de falhas e análises críticas de desempenho.
  • Propor ações corretivas e ajustes de processo para aumento da confiabilidade dos ativos.
  • Realizar follow-up com equipe interna e fornecedores externos sobre o andamento das atividades.
  • Controlar o estoque técnico de ferramentas e materiais recorrentes.
  • Apoiar solicitações de compras e requisições de materiais.
  • Dar suporte a coordenação quanto aos Indicadores e Relatórios do setor
  • Monitorar os indicadores MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, cumprimento do PMP, OPEX e demais indicadores setorial.
  • Desenvolver dashboards e relatórios gerenciais semanais, mensais e anuais.
  • Elaborar análises críticas e apoiar a coordenação na tomada de decisão.
  • Apoiar na organização e controle de laudos, inspeções e calibrações obrigatórias.
  • Manter toda a documentação atualizada para auditorias internas e externas.
  • Participar de projetos de melhoria contínua e iniciativas de aumento de eficiência.
  • Sugerir melhorias em processos, rotinas e controles do PCM.
  • Participar da padronização e atualização de procedimentos internos.
  • Apoiar treinamentos operacionais para as equipes de manutenção.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Engenharia: (Mecânica, Produção, Elétrica, civil ou outras), Administração, arquitetura ou áreas correlatas;
  • Desejável Conhecimento em metodologias de manutenção (TPM, RCM, Manutenção Preditiva);
  • Desejável Conhecimento em softwares de gestão da manutenção (CMMS/ERP);
  • Desejável Habilidade em análise de dados, elaboração e acompanhamento de indicadores e relatórios gerenciais.
