Estamos com oportunidade para Enfermeiro auditor

Atividades:

  • Auditar contas hospitalares com base no registro em prontuários e regras contratuais;
  • Buscar consenso com os auditores externos sobre as divergências encontradas nas contas hospitalares, com base nas evidências registradas em prontuários e regras contratuais;
  • Analisar contas hospitalares que possuírem itens glosados, contestar proceder c/ recurso e os itens acatados atribuir o motivo de glosa;
  • Orientar a equipe de enfermeiros, referente as exigências e rotinas da Auditoria;
  • Informar a gerência os fatos com maior incidência de glosas;
  • Preencher formulários de glosas mantidas em contas com justificativas;
  • Realizar treinamentos ou palestras relacionado com a auditoria para equipes envolvidas com o prontuário e faturamento da conta hospitalar, a fim de evitar a glosa, e envolver o T&D;
  • Manter-se informado sobre as legislações vigentes, relacionadas a sua atividade;
  • Mante-se atualizado sobre manual e orientações do NCIH;
  • Priorizar analise das contas conforme cronograma;
  • Negociar com os auditores externos.

Requisitos:

  • Graduação em Enfermagem
  • Experiência na área assistencial
  • Possuir Registro no Conselho Regional de Enfermagem - COREN
  • Informática Básica

Escala de trabalho: 08:00 às 18:00 (220)
