Ο Όμιλος Affidea, ο μεγαλύτερος πάροχος υπηρεσιών πρωτοβάθμιας υγειονομικής περίθαλψης στην Ευρώπη, στο πλαίσιο της συνεχούς ανάπτυξης των δραστηριοτήτων του, αναζητά Customer Support Agent για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα του Operation Τμήματος και του Τηλεφωνικού Κέντρου, στα κεντρικά μας γραφεία στο Ελληνικό!

  • Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων και εξερχόμενων κλήσεων με στόχο την εξυπηρέτηση και την καθοδήγηση των εξεταζόμενων.
  • Προγραμματισμός, διαχείριση και τροποποίηση ραντεβού για διαγνωστικές εξετάσεις.
  • Παροχή πληροφοριών σχετικά με τις υπηρεσίες, τις εξετάσεις και τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
  • Καταχώριση και επικαιροποίηση στοιχείων και αιτημάτων στα πληροφοριακά συστήματα.
  • Διαχείριση ερωτημάτων και επίλυση ζητημάτων με συνέπεια, επαγγελματισμό και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Τήρηση των διαδικασιών και των προτύπων ποιότητας εξυπηρέτησης της εταιρείας.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 1 έτους σε αντίστοιχη θέση, ιδανικά στον χώρο της υγείας.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ και ευχέρεια στη χρήση πληροφοριακών συστημάτων.
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Οργανωτικές ικανότητες και δυνατότητα αποτελεσματικής διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αιτημάτων.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας, υπευθυνότητα και επαγγελματισμός.
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε κυλιόμενα ωράρια και βάρδιες.
