Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit, welche operative Verantwortung mit Prozessoptimierung und Leadership verbindet. In dieser spannenden Funktion übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Debitorenbuchhaltung und unterstützt den Aufbau unseres nationalen Shared Service Centers. Deine Aufgaben Fachliche Verantwortung für Billing und Debitorenbuchhaltung Sicherstellung einer korrekten Abrechnung nach TARDOC, DRG und VVG Mitarbeit im operativen Tagesgeschäft (Rechnungsstellung, Inkasso, Monatsabschlüsse) Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines Shared Service Centers Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung des Debitorenteams Zusammenarbeit mit Versicherungen, Spitälern und internen Stakeholdern Optimierung und Digitalisierung der Prozesse Weiterentwicklung unserer ERP\-Systeme Anforderungen • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung • Weiterbildung im Finanz\- oder Rechnungswesen • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von TARDOC, DRG und VVG • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen • Führungserfahrung • Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen (Opale von Vorteil) • Deutsch und ösisch auf sehr gutem Niveau • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil • Hands\-on Mentalität • Hohe Sozialkompetenz • Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise Unser Angebot Eine strategische Position mit grossem Einfluss auf die Weiterentwicklung unserer Organisation.
