Affidea, multinazionale leader nell’ambito della fornitura di servizi in ambito sanitario, diagnostica per immagini e analisi di laboratorio, presente a livello europeo in 16 paesi e a livello italiano in 7 regioni, per un totale di 65 centri medici, è alla ricerca di una figura di Medical Recruiter & Development Specialist da inserire presso il proprio Headquarter di Gessate (MI).

Principali responsabilità:

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • gestire l’intero processo di ricerca di medici e professionisti sanitari in libera professione, dalla definizione del fabbisogno fino all’inserimento del professionista;
  • collaborare con i Responsabili dei Centri e con gli interlocutori interni per comprendere le esigenze di copertura delle diverse specialità e discipline mediche;
  • individuare e contattare proattivamente professionisti sanitari attraverso diversi canali di recruiting e attività di scouting;
  • costruire e mantenere un network di medici e professionisti sanitari, sviluppando relazioni professionali continuative;
  • effettuare attività di screening e primo colloquio, valutando competenze, esperienza professionale, specializzazione e disponibilità; organizzare e coordinare i colloqui con i referenti interni e supportare le successive fasi di selezione;
  • gestire la relazione con i professionisti durante l’intero processo di recruiting;
  • monitorare costantemente il mercato dei professionisti sanitari e individuare nuovi canali e opportunità di ricerca;
  • mantenere aggiornati i database e gli strumenti di monitoraggio relativi ai professionisti contattati e selezionati;

Candidato Ideale:

Il/la candidato/a avrà i seguenti requisiti:

  • laurea, preferibilmente in discipline umanistiche, economiche, psicologiche o affini;
  • esperienza maturata in ambito Recruiting, Talent Acquisition o ricerca e selezione;
  • costituisce requisito preferenziale una precedente esperienza nel recruiting di professionisti sanitari e/o medici;
  • ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative e forte attitudine alla costruzione e gestione di network professionali;
  • spiccate capacità di ricerca, scouting e approccio proattivo nei confronti dei candidati;
  • capacità di gestire in autonomia numerose ricerche contemporaneamente, definendo le priorità in funzione delle esigenze aziendali;
  • ottime capacità organizzative, orientamento al risultato e attitudine al problem solving;
  • intraprendenza, flessibilità e forte orientamento alla relazione con il professionista;
  • buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office e dei principali strumenti digitali a supporto delle attività di recruiting;
  • buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Inquadramento:

· Contratto a tempo indeterminato.

· CCNL Commercio - Full time 40 h settimanali.

· RAL indicativa: € 32.000 – € 35.000
