Siamo alla ricerca di una figura di OT Field Specialist per il nuovo stabilimento di Affinity Mantova.

L'OT Field Specialist è responsabile dell'installazione, della programmazione, della messa in servizio e della risoluzione dei problemi dei sistemi di controllo automatizzato presso lo shop floor. Questo ruolo è il ponte tra la progettazione e la realtà operativa, richiedendo un mix di competenze di programmazione di alto livello e abilità tecnica meccanica/elettrica pratica. Avrà come riferimento diretto la figura di Automation Engineer.

Cosa farai

  • Messa in servizio on-site: seguire l'avvio e il test dei macchinari automatizzati e delle linee di produzione
  • Programmazione PLC/HMI
  • Integrazione di sistema: garantisce una comunicazione senza soluzione di continuità tra vari componenti hardware, sensori e robot industriali.
  • Risoluzione dei problemi e riparazione: eseguire diagnosi avanzate su circuiti elettrici e bug software per risolvere i tempi di inattività critici della produzione.
  • Supporto tecnico: crea documentazione tecnica dettagliata o report del sito.

Cosa cerchiamo

  • Laurea in ingegneria elettrica, automazione o meccatronica (o esperienza equivalente sul campo).
  • Competenze di programmazione PLC/HMI (ad esempio, Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, Schneider).
  • Gradita esperienza con VFD (azionamenti a frequenza variabile), servos e strumentazione industriale.
  • Conoscenza delle reti industriali (Profinet, EtherNet/IP, Modbus) e schemi elettrici.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e prendere decisioni rapide in ambienti ad alta pressione.
  • (PLUS) buona conoscenza delle metodologie di Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma e miglioramento continuo
