L’association Afiro a pour missions la réadaptation professionnelle et l’emploi adapté destinés à des personnes au bénéfice de prestations de l’assurance invalidité. Afin de compléter ses équipes d’encadrement actives dans son atelier de formation et de production en mécanique d’Ecublens, elle recherche :

Un·e polymécanicien·ne avec fonction de MSP 80% \- 100%

Fonction : Encadrement socioprofessionnel de personnes en mesures de réadaptation et formation professionnelle et en emploi adapté. Développement et gestion des processus de de formation et production. Suivi et contrôle de la qualité et des normes de sécurité.

Profil (compétences requises) :

  • CFC de polymécanicien·ne, avec compétences CNC. Langage FANUC et Heidenhain ;
  • Certificat CFFE ;
  • Brevet technique ou formation sociale (ASP, MSP), un atout ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion d’activités de production, de formation et l’encadrement d’une équipe de travail ;
  • Aptitudes humaines, pédagogiques et sociales ;
  • Dynamisme et créativité ;
  • Polyvalence et autonomie ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques et bureautiques usuels ;
  • Connaissance des outils de dessins CAO/FAO. Logiciel Solidworks et Alphacam.
