Vous aimez animer des réseaux et coordonner des projets français, européens et internationaux. Vous vous intéressez aux enjeux liés au fonctionnement et à la transformation des entreprises et ceux liés au développement durable et souhaitez en être acteur?

Rejoignez notre équipe « Gouvernance et Développement durable » au sein d'AFNOR Normalisation en tant que Chef de Projet normalisation.

Vous aurez en charge un portefeuille d’activités de normalisation et de gestion de projets variés, avec des activités nationales mais aussi européennes et/ou internationales. Par exemple, pour ce qui est des activités liées au fonctionnement des entreprises et autres organisations, il pourrait y avoir des projets en lien avec la maintenance, les services de co-working et d’autres thématiques transverses.

Vos missions

Piloter l'élaboration de normes et de documents de références

Chef de projets, vous serez responsable du bon déroulement du processus de normalisation aussi bien sur les plans politique, technique de normalisation et relationnel.

Vous organiserez et animerez au niveau national, européen ou international, des groupes de travail/comités rassemblant les différents acteurs impliqués.

Vous apporterez appui en gestion de projet et en méthodologie sur les aspects normatifs, y compris en accompagnant les clients à l'international, pour permettre d’élaborer, sur la base du consensus, les normes et documents de référence dont le marché a besoin.

Fidéliser le portefeuille de clients

Soucieux de la qualité de la prestation que vous assurez, vous fidéliserez vos clients et mettez en place un dispositif d’écoute permettant d’identifier des besoins et des prestations complémentaires.

Contribuer au développement des activités

Votre curiosité pour les sujets et enjeux des acteurs vous permettront d'élaborer et mettre en œuvre, en collaboration avec d’autres collaborateurs AFNOR, un plan d'actions visant à identifier de nouveaux projets dans lesquels la normalisation sera un levier d’intelligence économique.

Vous êtes responsable de l’équilibre de votre portefeuille.

Le profil recherché

Vous êtes de formation supérieure (bac+4/5), généraliste, profil universitaire, sciences politiques ou école de commerce, avec une connaissance et un intérêt pour les sujets services et les sujets liés au développement durable.

Rigoureux, curieux, organisé, vous avez fait vos preuves dans la gestion de projet, l’animation de réunions et de réseaux. Vos capacités rédactionnelles et qualités relationnelles pour animer et travailler en équipe seront autant d'atouts pour réussir dans ce poste varié.

La maîtrise de l'anglais tant écrite qu’orale est impérative (des déplacements ponctuels en France et à l'étranger sont à prévoir).
