Afonso França Engenharia contrata Analista de Engenharia para atuação em obra de Data Center no município de Caucaia/CE.

Buscamos profissional com experiência em acompanhamento e controle de obras, para atuar no suporte técnico à Engenharia e Produção, realizando levantamentos de campo, acompanhamento de produtividade e planejamento, controle de materiais, elaboração de relatórios e organização das informações técnicas do empreendimento.

A posição terá atuação próxima ao campo e interface com Produção, Planejamento, Qualidade, Suprimentos e demais áreas da obra, contribuindo para que a execução aconteça de acordo com o planejamento, requisitos técnicos, padrões de qualidade e condições de segurança estabelecidas.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Realizar levantamentos de campo e acompanhar informações relacionadas à produtividade e avanço físico da obra.
  • Acompanhar o planejamento por meio da verificação das atividades executadas, em andamento e previstas.
  • Elaborar e atualizar relatórios executivos semanais e mensais, consolidando informações para clientes internos e externos.
  • Apoiar a equipe de Planejamento na elaboração e atualização de cronogramas.
  • Realizar levantamentos quantitativos e qualitativos de materiais e serviços necessários à execução da obra.
  • Acompanhar custos por meio de comparativos entre projetos e planilhas contratuais.
  • Apoiar a programação de efetivos e recursos necessários ao cumprimento do cronograma.
  • Elaborar e manter atualizado o RDO – Relatório Diário de Obra.
  • Acompanhar e controlar equipamentos locados utilizados no empreendimento.
  • Apoiar a programação e o controle de recebimento e estoque de materiais.
  • Apoiar os Engenheiros de Produção na fiscalização, acompanhamento e controle das equipes de campo.
  • Realizar inspeções de recebimento de materiais e apoiar a liberação das etapas dos serviços por meio dos respectivos registros e controles.
  • Apoiar treinamentos e orientações técnicas relacionados às diferentes etapas dos processos construtivos.
  • Receber, analisar e organizar os registros e relatórios de qualidade relacionados à execução dos serviços.
  • Apoiar a análise das medições de fornecedores e subcontratados.
  • Organizar dados, registros e documentos técnicos necessários à elaboração do Data Book da obra.
  • Identificar desvios de execução, produtividade ou planejamento e reportá-los às áreas responsáveis contribuindo para a definição de ações corretivas.
  • Manter organização e rastreabilidade das informações técnicas sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Atuar de forma integrada com Engenharia, Produção, Planejamento e Qualidade, contribuindo para o cumprimento dos objetivos de segurança, qualidade, prazo e produtividade.
  • Acompanhar as atividades em campo observando os procedimentos de segurança aplicáveis, contribuindo para a prevenção de riscos às pessoas e à operação.

  • Ensino Superior completo ou cursando em Engenharia Civil, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência anterior em obras de construção civil, preferencialmente de grande porte e/ou alta complexidade.
  • Experiência ou conhecimento em acompanhamento de campo, controle de produtividade e planejamento de obras.
  • Conhecimento em levantamento de quantitativos e leitura e interpretação de projetos.
  • Conhecimento em elaboração de relatórios técnicos e acompanhamento de indicadores.
  • Conhecimento de RDO, medições, controle de materiais e documentação técnica de obras.
  • Conhecimento de Excel e ferramentas utilizadas para controles de engenharia.
  • Organização, capacidade analítica e facilidade para trabalhar com diferentes interfaces da obra.
  • Experiência anterior em obras de Data Center será considerada um importante diferencial.
  • Disponibilidade para atuação 100% presencial em Caucaia/CE.
