Estamos em busca de um(a) profissional com sólida experiência em seguros corporativos voltados à construção civil, com forte atuação em análise técnica de apólices, gerenciamento de riscos e suporte estratégico às operações de engenharia e contratos.

Buscamos alguém com visão analítica, maturidade técnica e capacidade de atuar na interface entre engenharia, jurídico, seguradoras, corretores e gestão executiva.

Principais Responsabilidades :

* Analisar, revisar e estruturar apólices de seguros para obras civis; * Avaliar riscos contratuais, operacionais e financeiros relacionados às obras; * Apoiar negociações com seguradoras, corretoras e áreas jurídicas; * Garantir aderência entre contratos, escopo das obras e coberturas securitárias; * Elaborar pareceres técnicos e recomendações preventivas; * Participar de auditorias, análises de sinistros e estratégias de mitigação de riscos; * Atuar preventivamente na proteção patrimonial e jurídica dos empreendimentos.

* Formação em Engenharia Civil / Engenharia afins ou Formação em Direito com forte vivência em seguros e contratos de construção civil.

* Experiência comprovada em seguros aplicados à construção civil; * Vivência sólida em análise e gestão de apólices complexas; * Conhecimento técnico em riscos de engenharia e responsabilidade civil; * Experiência prática em obras, contratos EPC, infraestrutura ou grandes empreendimentos será diferencial relevante; * Capacidade de leitura técnica e interpretação contratual.
