Estamos em busca de um(a) Supervisor(a) de Instalações, com foco em hidráulica e elétrica, que queira fazer a diferença em um ambiente dinâmico e colaborativo. Aqui, você terá a oportunidade de liderar equipes, acompanhar a execução de instalações e contribuir para a qualidade, segurança e eficiência dos nossos projetos. 🏗️

Principais Responsabilidades

  • Estudar e interpretar projetos de instalações hidráulicas e elétricas, garantindo a correta execução dos serviços em campo;
  • Supervisionar e orientar equipes próprias, empreiteiros e prestadores de serviços especializados;
  • Planejar e acompanhar a execução das instalações, assegurando o cumprimento do cronograma, dos padrões de qualidade e das especificações técnicas;
  • Acompanhar a definição de traçados de tubulações, dimensionamentos, especificações e quantitativos de materiais, conforme os projetos;
  • Garantir a separação, conferência e inspeção dos materiais, equipamentos e componentes utilizados nas instalações;
  • Monitorar a qualidade dos materiais e identificar possíveis falhas, defeitos ou não conformidades;
  • Identificar as causas de falhas nas instalações e coordenar as ações corretivas necessárias;
  • Supervisionar serviços de manutenção, reparos, substituição de acessórios e equipamentos, garantindo a conformidade técnica;
  • Acompanhar testes de funcionamento, estanqueidade e pressão em tubulações e sistemas hidráulicos, incluindo redes de abastecimento e de combate a incêndio;
  • Acompanhar testes e verificações das instalações e dos equipamentos elétricos, assegurando seu funcionamento adequado e em conformidade com os projetos;
  • Monitorar o desempenho dos sistemas de distribuição, garantindo os ajustes necessários e a segurança operacional;
  • Controlar o consumo de materiais, a produtividade das equipes e a qualidade dos serviços executados;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as áreas de Engenharia, Planejamento, Suprimentos e demais equipes da obra, antecipando interferências e solucionando problemas técnicos;
  • Garantir o cumprimento das normas técnicas, dos procedimentos de segurança e dos padrões de qualidade da empresa;
  • Realizar vistorias, acompanhar correções de pendências e assegurar a entrega das instalações em condições adequadas de funcionamento.

Requisitos

  • Ensino técnico completo em áreas correlatas, como Edificações, Eletrotécnica ou Eletromecânica;
  • Experiência com supervisão de instalações hidráulicas e elétricas em obras;
  • Conhecimento em instalações elétricas e equipamentos eletromecânicos;
  • Habilidade para leitura e interpretação de projetos técnicos;
  • Experiência na liderança de equipes de campo e acompanhamento de cronogramas;
  • Conhecimento em testes, identificação de falhas e controle de qualidade das instalações;
  • Conhecimento em normas técnicas e segurança do trabalho.

Diferencial: experiência em estações de tratamento de água e esgoto (ETA/ETE) e estações elevatórias.
