Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support front desk staff during evening shifts to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate front desk team members to maintain Marriott’s high standards.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and enhance overall satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to front desk activities and shift performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in front desk operations, preferably in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively during PM shifts and lead a team during busy evening hours.
  • Familiarity with property management systems and standard hotel software.
  • Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and fostering a positive work environment.
