As a Part-Time Night Audit at Marriott Orlando Downtown, you will be responsible for balancing the daily financial activity, providing exceptional guest service during overnight hours, and supporting the front desk team. This role requires accuracy, integrity, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile and balance hotel daily transactions and financial reports
  • Assist overnight guests with check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
  • Prepare nightly audit reports and communicate any discrepancies
  • Ensure security and safety of guests and hotel premises during overnight hours
  • Coordinate with other departments to support overall hotel operations
  • Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation

Requirements

  • Previous experience in hospitality, accounting, or night audit preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
  • Familiarity with hotel PMS and financial systems is a plus
  • Availability to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays
