Utveckla mjukvara för några av Sveriges mest kritiska tekniska system

Att arbeta med embedded mjukvara inom försvarsindustrin är något alldeles särskilt. Här utvecklar du system som används i avancerade plattformar som flyg, fartyg, fordon och sensornära system – teknik som måste fungera i alla lägen, även när omvärlden är som mest krävande. Hos AFRY får du möjligheten att ta dig an djupa tekniska utmaningar samtidigt som du bidrar till Sveriges säkerhet och samhällsresiliens på riktigt.

Som Embedded Software Engineer deltar du i hela utvecklingskedjan, från krav och arkitektur till implementation, integration, test och verifiering. Du arbetar i team tillsammans med elektronik‑, system‑ och testingenjörer, och mycket av arbetet sker nära hårdvaran. Här får du bygga system med långa livscykler, höga stabilitetskrav och granskade säkerhetsstandarder — ett arbete där kvalitet och försiktighet är lika viktiga som kreativitet och problemlösning.

Du kan komma att arbeta både hos kund i Stockholm eller in‑house i våra moderna lokaler i Solna, beroende på projekt och dina preferenser.

Kvalifikationer

Vem vi söker – krav och meriter

Relevant högskoleutbildning och gärna minst två års arbetslivserfarenhet

Du har erfarenhet av:

• C/C++ för embedded system

• RTOS, bare‑metal eller Linux embedded

• Hårdvarunära programmering, drivrutiner och låg nivå‑gränssnitt

• Samarbete i tekniska team (team effort / team collaboration)

• Svenska flytande i tal och skrift

Meriterande:

• Erfarenhet av militär förmåga, frivillig försvarsorganisation, Hemvärnet eller genomförd värnplikt

• Kommunikationsprotokoll (CAN, SPI, I²C, UART, Ethernet)

• Kunskap inom Java, Python & ADA

• Testautmatisering och CI för embedded targets

• Felsökning med oscilloskop, JTAG, logikanalysator

Säkerhetsklassning

Du behöver vara svensk medborgare, och rollen innebär säkerhetsprövning, vilket möjliggör arbete med teknik och system som få andra får insyn i, och att bidra direkt till Sveriges försvarsförmåga.
