Jobbeskrivning

AFRY är en av de ledande aktörerna inom samhällsbyggnad i Norden och tack vare vår unika bredd är vi stolta över att tillsammans med våra kollegor från andra teknikområden leverera framtidens infrastrukturlösningar.

Nu söker vi en Projekt- och Byggledare till vår sektion inom samhällsbyggnad i Gällivare. Inom sektionen som består av personal både i Kiruna/Gällivare arbetar vi i huvudsak med mark-, och vägprojektering samt bygg- och projektledning. Men har även expertis inom kulturmiljö, mätteknik, datasamordning och BIM.

Som projekt- eller byggledare driver, samordnar och följer du upp projekt inom mark och VA. Bidrar med kunskap som entreprenadssakkunnig och arbetar med kalkyler m.m. Du arbetar nära kunder och team och har stora möjligheter att utvecklas vidare.

Vi erbjuder ett omväxlande arbete med frihet under ansvar inom: byggledning, besiktning, projekteringsstöd, produktionsplanering, produktionsbudget, ett stort bolag med mycket kompetens inom det stora bolaget men även inom vår sektion.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som:

Har mångårig erfarenhet inom mark och VA, varav minst 5 år inom arbetsledande befattning.

  • Kunskap inom AMA MER, AB, ABT
  • Har god teknisk kompetens inom mark och VA
  • Gärna har erfarenhet från flera roller (t.ex. beställare, konsult eller produktion)
  • Är högskole-/civilingenjör eller har motsvarande erfarenhet
  • Är en teamplayer som delar med dig av din kunskap och stöttar andra
  • Är van att ta ansvar och driva arbete från start till mål
  • Är social, affärsmässig och kundfokuserad
  • Behärskar svenska flytande i tal och skrift
