Principais Responsabilidades Atuar no laboratório de Controle de Qualidade, realizando análises de matérias-primas, produtos em processo e produtos acabados, garantindo a confiabilidade, precisão e rastreabilidade dos resultados analíticos.

Principais atividades:

Receber, identificar e preparar amostras para análise; Realizar pesagem, homogeneização, moagem e diluição de amostras; Executar digestão via úmida para análises químicas; Operar e prestar suporte em análises por Espectrometria de Absorção Atômica (AAS); Determinar elementos como Zn, Cu, Pb e Cd, conforme as especificações dos produtos; Realizar análises de umidade e granulometria; Preparar soluções, padrões e reagentes; Registrar, conferir e organizar os resultados analíticos; Comparar os resultados obtidos com as especificações estabelecidas; Comunicar e registrar resultados fora de especificação (OOS); Controlar reagentes e materiais do laboratório; Manter a organização e limpeza do ambiente laboratorial; Cumprir procedimentos de segurança, Boas Práticas de Laboratório (BPL) e utilização adequada de EPIs.

Requisitos Formação técnica em Química ou áreas correlatas; Conhecimentos básicos em química analítica, preparo de soluções, diluições e cálculos de concentração; Conhecimento em Excel; Organização, atenção aos detalhes e responsabilidade na execução e registro dos resultados; Comprometimento com normas de segurança e procedimentos laboratoriais.

Diferenciais Experiência com Espectrometria de Absorção Atômica (AAS); Experiência com digestão de amostras; Experiência em laboratório de fertilizantes, mineração ou indústria química; Conhecimento de métodos, normas e procedimentos aplicáveis ao Controle de Qualidade de fertilizantes.
