Sobre a Vaga: O Coordenador de Logística será responsável por planejar, executar e otimizar a aquisição de bens e serviços relacionados à cadeia de suprimentos, garantindo qualidade, entrega pontual e eficiência de custos. Essa função exige sólidos conhecimentos técnicos em logística para avaliar especificações, negociar com fornecedores e alinhar as atividades de compras às necessidades operacionais e estratégicas.

Ele/Ela se reportará ao Diretor de Compras Sub-Regional e trabalhará em estreita colaboração com as fábricas e os especialistas locais em Compras de Transporte, a fim de garantir a continuidade do fornecimento e a competitividade das licitações dos fornecedores.

Principais Atribuições:

  • Identificar, qualificar e desenvolver fornecedores estratégicos para operações logísticas (transporte, armazenagem, embalagem, equipamentos e materiais).
  • Realizar análises técnicas e comerciais de propostas para garantir a conformidade com as especificações e padrões de qualidade.
  • Negociar contratos e termos comerciais, visando otimizar o custo total e o prazo de entrega.
  • Monitorar os indicadores de desempenho dos fornecedores (SLA, qualidade, pontualidade, custo), conduzir análises de negócios e estabelecer ações corretivas conforme necessário.
  • Colaborar com as equipes técnicas e operacionais para garantir que as compras atendam aos requisitos logísticos e de produção.
  • Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de compras que reduzam riscos e aumentem a eficiência da cadeia de suprimentos.
  • Manter atualizado o banco de dados de fornecedores e o mapeamento de mercado.
  • Apoiar o processo orçamentário e as premissas de tendências de mercado.
  • Gerenciar os custos logísticos, incluindo planejados versus reais, por cliente/região e como percentual da receita.
  • Acompanhar a legislação.
  • Implementar as melhores práticas; colaborar com colegas para compartilhar conhecimento e aprendizado, impulsionando a melhoria contínua.
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com operações/fábricas, fornecedores e consultores para otimizar gastos por meio de projetos técnicos.
  • Estabelecer uma rotina de Rastreamento e Acompanhamento: monitorar entregas, reclamações, ocorrências e custos extras, se houver.
  • CRM (Gestão de Relacionamento com o Cliente) responsável por Incidentes/Reclamações Logísticas.
  • Graduação em Logística, Administração de Empresas, Engenharia, Comércio Internacional ou áreas afins.
  • Mais de 10 anos de experiência em compras e gestão de suprimentos na área de logística.
  • Conhecimento técnico de processos logísticos, transporte e armazenagem.
  • Sólidas habilidades de negociação e gestão de contratos.
  • Experiência com compra/negociação de fretes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de apresentação e comunicação em espanhol e inglês.(No mínimo nível intermediário).
  • Capacidade de influenciar e obter apoio em situações "de linha pontilhada".
  • Compreende as necessidades do negócio.
  • Experiência com importação, exportação e desembaraço aduaneiro
