Responsável por conduzir o planejamento e controle da produção e dos materiais de múltiplos projetos, conciliando demanda dos clientes, capacidade fabril, disponibilidade de recursos e prazos de entrega. Atua na definição das prioridades produtivas, antecipação de riscos de abastecimento e elaboração de planos de recuperação, fornecendo informações para as decisões da gestão e orientando tecnicamente a equipe de planejamento.

Escolaridade: Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência: Experiência consolidada em PCP ou PCPM, programação de linhas industriais, planejamento de materiais e acompanhamento de entregas, com atuação em múltiplos produtos ou projetos.

Idioma desejável: Inglês intermediário.

  • Elaborar e revisar os planos de produção de curto e médio prazo com base nos pedidos, previsões de demanda e prioridades dos clientes.
  • Consolidar o planejamento de diferentes projetos, conciliando necessidades e recursos compartilhados entre as áreas da fábrica.
  • Analisar a capacidade produtiva por linha, turno e período, utilizando as informações fornecidas pela Engenharia e pela Produção.
  • Verificar a disponibilidade de materiais, mão de obra e equipamentos, antecipando restrições ao cumprimento do plano.
  • Emitir e acompanhar as ordens de produção, assegurando sua liberação em tempo hábil para preparação dos materiais e execução.
  • Acompanhar diariamente a produção realizada em relação ao planejado, analisar desvios e definir os ajustes necessários com as áreas envolvidas.
  • Elaborar e acompanhar planos de recuperação em situações de atraso, falta de materiais ou indisponibilidade de recursos.
  • Analisar as necessidades de matéria-prima e componentes conforme demanda, estoques e pedidos em aberto.
  • Programar as necessidades de aquisição e reposição de materiais, acionando Compras ou emitindo pedidos conforme o fluxo e a alçada definidos pela empresa.
  • Acompanhar os prazos dos fornecedores e as cargas em trânsito junto às áreas de Compras, Importação e Logística.
  • Manter atualizada a lista de materiais críticos, comunicando riscos, impactos e prioridades de atendimento.
  • Acompanhar estoques e participar da análise de divergências de inventário, alinhando as correções com as áreas responsáveis.
  • Acompanhar o encerramento das ordens de produção, verificando pendências de materiais, perdas e necessidades de reposição.
  • Elaborar relatórios e indicadores de atendimento ao plano, entregas, materiais críticos e estoques.
  • Reportar à gestão e aos clientes o andamento da programação, os riscos identificados e os planos de ação.
  • Orientar tecnicamente os profissionais da equipe, apoiando análises, padronizando rotinas e realizando treinamentos.
  • Elaborar e atualizar procedimentos de planejamento e controle da produção.
  • Cumprir os procedimentos internos de qualidade, segurança, ética e gestão de informações.
