Responsável pela operação, abastecimento, preparação e acompanhamento de máquinas SMT Panasonic, assegurando a correta montagem de componentes eletrônicos em placas de circuito impresso, conforme as ordens de produção, instruções de trabalho e padrões de qualidade. Realiza verificações, ajustes e atividades de manutenção operacional para as quais esteja capacitado e autorizado, contribuindo para a continuidade da produção e a redução de falhas e perdas.

Escolaridade: Ensino médio completo. Desejável curso técnico em Eletrônica, Mecatrônica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas.

Treinamentos:

Conhecimentos de segurança em máquinas e equipamentos — NR-12 Proteção contra descargas eletrostáticas — ESD Capacitação nos procedimentos de operação e manutenção aplicáveis ao equipamento Panasonic utilizado pela empresa.

  • Preparar e operar equipamentos Panasonic de SMT, conforme ordens de produção, instruções de trabalho e parâmetros definidos para cada produto.
  • Conferir materiais, componentes, programas, alimentadores e demais recursos necessários antes do início da produção, verificando códigos, lotes e condições de uso.
  • Acompanhar o posicionamento e a montagem dos componentes nas placas, observando alarmes, desvios e condições de funcionamento dos equipamentos.
  • Realizar inspeções visuais e verificações previstas no processo, identificando falhas de montagem, componentes ausentes ou incorretos e outros problemas de qualidade.
  • Registrar produção, paradas, perdas, trocas de materiais e ocorrências nos sistemas ou formulários adotados, assegurando a rastreabilidade das informações.
  • Executar ajustes operacionais e cuidados básicos de conservação, limpeza e manutenção preventiva, acionando as áreas responsáveis quando necessário.
  • Apoiar a análise de falhas e a solução de problemas recorrentes, comunicando desvios à liderança e contribuindo com sugestões para melhorar qualidade e produtividade.
  • Orientar operadores da equipe quanto a procedimentos, boas práticas e uso seguro dos equipamentos, compartilhando conhecimentos técnicos da operação.
  • Cumprir normas de segurança, organização e controle de materiais, incluindo procedimentos de identificação e prevenção contra descargas eletrostáticas.
  • Colaborar com a liderança e áreas de suporte em trocas de modelo, validações de processo e ações para reduzir paradas, retrabalho e desperdícios.
