Náplň práce: ● práce s uživateli návykových látek a popřípadě práce s jejich blízkými práce v kontaktním centru ● zajištění běžného provozu kontaktního centra ● příslušná administrativní činnost Požadujeme: ● VOŠ nebo VŠ vzdělání v oblasti sociálních a zdravotních služeb (sociální práce, adiktologie a příbuzné obory) nebo kurz pracovníka v sociálních službách podle zákona 108/2006 Sb. a vyhlášky č. 505/2006 Sb. ● orientace v sociálních službách a znalost zákona 108/2006 Sb., Zákon o sociálních službách podmínkou ● trestní bezúhonnost, zdravotní způsobilost a vyjasněný vztah k drogám a uživatelům drog ● komunikativnost, schopnost empatie a navazování kontaktů ● spolehlivost, zodpovědnost, schopnost týmové i samostatné práce ● znalost práce na PC ● výhodou je předchozí dobrovolnická práce nebo zaměstnanecká praxe v adiktologických či jiných sociálních službáchNabízíme: ● zajímavou a různorodou práci ● plný a zkrácený pracovní úvazek ● mzda od 32 060,- Kč při plném úvazku● 25 dnů dovolené● možnost dalšího odborného vzdělávání● místo výkonu práce: Kontaktní centrum Agarta Valašské Meziříčí● práci pod supervizí a odborným vedením● zázemí zavedené a stabilní neziskové organizace● nástup možný od 1. 3. 2027První kontakt pouze emailem, ne osobně ani telefonicky.
