EHS Manager (m/w/d)

Als EHS Manager verantworten Sie die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Standards in den Bereichen Arbeitssicherheit, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutz. Sie stärken das EHS-Bewusstsein am Standort, sichern die Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Anforderungen und entwickeln unsere Managementsysteme weiter.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Überwachung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Arbeitssicherheitsstandards und -richtlinien, Unfallverhütung und Umweltschutz
  • Ansprechpartner für Behörden hinsichtlich des Arbeits-, Umweltschutz und Genehmigungen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsplatz-, Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Betriebsanweisungen sowie Risikoanalysen neuer Einsatzstoffe und Verfahren Koordination von Maßnahmen, um das Bewusstsein der Mitarbeiter hinsichtlich EHS zu fördern, Erstellung von Schulungsmaterial und Durchführung von Schulungen zu EHS Themen Management von Fremdfirmen – insbesondere im Rahmen von Investitionsprojekten
  • Planung und Durchführung von Begehungen und Audits sowie Nachverfolgung der vereinbarten Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der EHS Compliance
  • Aufrechterhaltung der Zertifizierung und Weiterentwicklung der EHS-Managementsysteme am Standort, einschließlich ISO14001 und ISO45001, Sicherstellung der Konformität mit den Anforderungen von AGC Biologics
  • Bereitschaft, sich spezielle EHS Kenntnisse mit Bezug zur Biotechnologie anzueignen

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Natur- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften, oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Prozessindustrie im EHS-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in GMP wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren und zu inspirieren
  • Sehr gute Deutsch und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Zielorientierte, eigenverantwortliche und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
  • Qualifikation als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit wünschenswert, bzw. Bereitschaft, diese im Lauf der Tätigkeit zu erwerben
  • Gültige Arbeits- und Aufenthaltserlaubnis
