What You’ll Do

  • Provide compassionate care: Assist residents with daily needs, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care.
  • Build meaningful connections: Get to know residents and help make each day more comfortable, engaging, and enjoyable.
  • Support resident well-being: Observe and report changes in residents’ needs or condition.
  • Be an EPIC teammate: Work closely with coworkers and families to provide personalized, dependable care.
  • Promote dignity and independence: Encourage residents to stay active and involved while providing the support they need.

What You’ll Bring

  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors.
  • Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
  • A dependable, team-focused approach.
  • Availability to work most weekends.
  • Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required. We provide training!
