What You’ll Do

  • Administer Medications: Safely assist residents with medications according to physician orders, residents' care plans, and applicable California requirements.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document medication assistance clearly and correctly.
  • Monitor Well-Being: Observe residents for changes, side effects, or concerns and report them promptly.
  • Support Daily Living: Assist residents with personal needs while protecting their dignity and independence.
  • Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents, families, and team members.
  • Create a Positive Environment: Bring compassion, patience, and positive energy to each shift.

What You’ll Bring

  • Required Credentials: Meet California's applicable training and certification requirements for medication assistance in senior living.
  • Communication Skills: Communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Follow medication procedures carefully and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Use electronic systems for medication tracking and documentation.
  • Heart for Seniors: Have a genuine interest in helping older adults live their best lives.
  • Dependability: Available to work Friday through Monday, including AM/PM split shifts.
