Agence CSB, pour le compte de Hydro-Québec, nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) Coordonnateur(trice) de Santé et Sécurité (SST) sur les différents chantiers de Hydro-Québec. Ce sont des chantiers immenses qui représentent plusieurs défis pour un surveillant en santé et sécurité, des gestes qui feront une grande différence. Un rôle d'une importance capitale pour Hydro-Québec et plusieurs responsabilités. Plusieurs possibilités d'avancement et de formation, avec de très bonnes conditions salariales grâce à CSB ! Ce poste est une excellente opportunité de travailler sur des chantiers d'envergure en pension partout au Québec! Exigence : détenir sa formation (carte officielle) de la CNESST pour être reconnu comme surveillant / coordonnateur SST Emplacement: Poste aux Outardes (km 85 sur la route 389). Le candidat sera affecté exclusivement à ce chantier. Hébergement et repas fournis au campement de Manic-3. Le COSS doit obligatoirement posséder son propre véhicule afin d'assurer ses déplacements entre le campement et le chantier. Une prime d'éloignement peut s'appliquer conformément aux conditions du mandat, s'il y a lieu Date de mandat: 04/Août à 17/Août 2026 (grande possibilité de prolongement du mandat par la suite) Tes défis au quotidien: Participer aux rencontres de début de quart de l’entrepreneur et d’Hydro-Québec. Diffuser des sessions d’accueil. Visiter le chantier, assurer la santé et sécurité de l’ensemble du personnel au chantier, le respect de la réglementation, des encadrements, des méthodes de travail et autres directives Participer aux diverses activités de prévention Saisir ses inspections et vigies dans Enablon. Formation des employés et de la relève chez les surveillants SST Se tenir à niveau sur la survenue d’événements dans d’autres chantiers et des directives d’entreprise en matière de santé et sécurité et d’en assure la diffusion et le suivi sur son chantier. Agir en tant qu’expert et aussi comme coach auprès des gestionnaires et entrepreneurs afin de développer leur leadership en matière de SST.
