Importante empresa dedicada a la comercialización de equipos se encuentra en búsqueda de un Asesor Comercial para incorporarse a su operación en Quito.

La posición está dirigida a profesionales con un marcado perfil comercial, carisma y orientación a resultados, que cuenten con habilidades de organización, seguimiento y atención al cliente. Buscamos una persona proactiva, comprometida y enfocada en generar oportunidades de negocio y brindar una excelente experiencia al cliente.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar prospección comercial y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
  • Gestionar y dar seguimiento a leads a través de los diferentes canales de atención.
  • Atender clientes de manera presencial en el showroom y brindar asesoría sobre los productos.
  • Realizar visitas comerciales y gestionar ventas a nivel nacional.
  • Registrar y mantener actualizada la información de clientes y oportunidades en el CRM.
  • Elaborar reportes y realizar seguimiento a los indicadores comerciales (KPI).
  • Gestionar el proceso comercial desde el contacto inicial hasta el cierre de la venta.
  • Recibir mercadería y apoyar en el control de inventario del showroom.
  • Realizar cobros y gestionar las operaciones comerciales correspondientes.
  • Mantener una atención cercana y profesional, asegurando una excelente experiencia para el cliente.
  • Cumplir con los objetivos y metas comerciales establecidos.

Requisitos:

  • Estudios universitarios en curso o culminados en Ventas, Marketing, Administración, Negocios o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones comerciales, ventas o atención al cliente con enfoque comercial.
  • Experiencia realizando prospección, seguimiento de leads y cierre de ventas.
  • Manejo de CRM y herramientas de gestión comercial.
  • Buen manejo de Excel y elaboración de reportes.
  • Alta orientación a resultados y cumplimiento de objetivos.
  • Excelente comunicación, carisma y habilidades de negociación.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar visitas comerciales y trabajar eventualmente fines de semana.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar de manera presencial en Quito
