The posting

Importante empresa internacional del sector retail busca incorporar a su equipo un Coordinador de Operaciones, quien será responsable de asegurar la correcta ejecución de toda la operación comercial, desde la recepción de una orden hasta la entrega del producto y la resolución de cualquier incidencia.

La posición tendrá un enfoque operativo y de coordinación, siendo el enlace entre el equipo comercial, logística y clientes B2B y wholesale. Buscamos un profesional con alta capacidad analítica, orientación al detalle, sentido de urgencia y habilidad para desenvolverse en entornos dinámicos donde los procesos se encuentran en constante evolución.

Responsabilidades:

  • Coordinar el proceso comercial desde la recepción de la orden hasta la entrega al cliente.
  • Gestionar pedidos, disponibilidad de inventario, stock comprometido y productos en tránsito.
  • Coordinar procesos de facturación, despachos, devoluciones, garantías y emisión de notas de crédito.
  • Brindar soporte operativo a los KAM en la elaboración de cotizaciones, consolidación de órdenes y seguimiento de compromisos comerciales.
  • Elaborar reportes comerciales y realizar seguimiento a indicadores de ventas y operación.
  • Coordinar con el operador logístico y las diferentes áreas internas para asegurar el cumplimiento de los niveles de servicio, tiempos de entrega y exactitud de la información.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante con clientes B2B y wholesale para dar seguimiento a requerimientos e incidencias.

Requisitos:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, Logística, Comercio Exterior o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones de Sales Operations, Administración Comercial, Servicio al Cliente B2B, Distribución o Supply Chain Comercial.
  • Experiencia en coordinación de pedidos, facturación, control de inventarios y seguimiento de operaciones comerciales.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y experiencia utilizando sistemas ERP o plataformas de gestión comercial.
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, orientado al detalle y con capacidad para resolver problemas de forma ágil.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía, sentido de urgencia y enfoque en la ejecución.
  • Adaptabilidad para desenvolverse en un entorno de crecimiento, con procesos en construcción y mejora continua.
