Estamos liderando la búsqueda de un Director Financiero Corporativo (Holding) para un importante grupo empresarial con más de 10 unidades de negocio en los sectores industrial, comercial y servicios, con presencia nacional e internacional.

Se trata de una posición nueva dentro de la estructura corporativa, creada para fortalecer la consolidación financiera del grupo y estructurar su crecimiento fuera del país.

Buscamos un líder financiero con visión estratégica, experiencia en holdings y manejo de múltiples compañías.

Base: Guayaquil Reporte directo: Accionistas y Directorio

Misión del Cargo

Liderar la función financiera corporativa del grupo, consolidando la operación de las diferentes unidades de negocio, estructurando compañías en el exterior y supervisando la gestión de los gerentes financieros de cada empresa.

Será el principal interlocutor ante bancos e instituciones financieras y asesor estratégico directo de los accionistas.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Consolidación financiera de más de 10 compañías del grupo.
  • Supervisión y dirección técnica de los gerentes financieros de cada unidad.
  • Planeación financiera corporativa, presupuestos y proyecciones.
  • Gestión de liquidez, flujo de caja y tesorería.
  • Relación directa con bancos e instituciones financieras.
  • Estructuración de financiamiento y negociación bancaria.
  • Análisis de rentabilidad y eficiencia operativa.
  • Preparación de reportes ejecutivos para accionistas y directorio.
  • Estructuración y acompañamiento de compañías en el exterior.
  • Fortalecimiento de procesos financieros (Uso de ERP, Power BI).

Perfil Requerido

  • Al menos 10 años de experiencia en posiciones financieras de alta responsabilidad.
  • Experiencia en holdings, grupos empresariales o multinacionales con filiales internacionales.
  • Experiencia en empresas industriales y/o comerciales (no perfiles excesivamente especializados en un solo commodity).
  • Experiencia gestionando operaciones internacionales.
  • Sólida experiencia en negociación y relación bancaria.
  • Inglés fluido (indispensable).
  • Experiencia liderando equipos financieros senior.

Formación académica:

  • Administración, Finanzas, Economía o afines.
  • Maestría en finanzas
