¿Buscas una oportunidad para seguir creciendo en el área comercial como SUPERVISOR DE VENTAS dentro de una empresa líder de consumo masivo?

En esta posición, tu principal misión será liderar y acompañar al equipo de ventas en campo, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales, la correcta ejecución en el punto de venta y el desarrollo de la zona asignada.

Localidad: Manabí (base en Manta o Portoviejo)

Responsabilidades:

  • Dar seguimiento al cumplimiento de los objetivos de ventas (sell in / sell out).
  • Acompañar y supervisar al equipo de ventas en ruta, impulsando un alto desempeño.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de los KPIs comerciales establecidos por la compañía.
  • Asegurar la correcta implementación de actividades comerciales y promocionales en el mercado.
  • Supervisar la ejecución en punto de venta y el comportamiento del sell out.
  • Gestionar la relación y seguimiento con distribuidores y mayoristas de la zona.
  • Elaborar reportes de resultados, análisis de indicadores y seguimiento administrativo.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, cobertura y mejora en la gestión comercial.

Perfil requerido:

  • Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería Comercial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia como Supervisor de Ventas, Coordinador Comercial o liderando equipos de ventas en empresas de consumo masivo.
  • Conocimiento del mercado de Manabí y experiencia en el canal tradicional.
  • Experiencia en manejo y desarrollo de equipos comerciales.
  • Manejo de indicadores de gestión, reportes comerciales y herramientas de análisis.
  • Competencias de liderazgo, orientación a resultados, planificación y seguimiento.
