Buscamos uma pessoa para planejar e produzir conteúdos para o Instagram de profissionais e clínicas de estética, saúde e harmonização orofacial.

Seu papel será transformar o conhecimento, os diferenciais e a rotina de cada cliente em conteúdos que fortaleçam seu posicionamento, construam autoridade, aproximem o público e gerem oportunidades de negócio.

A atuação envolve todo o processo: pesquisa, planejamento, copywriting, roteirização, criação de artes, edição de vídeos e acompanhamento dos resultados, em colaboração com a equipe e os clientes.

Suas responsabilidades

  • Criar calendários editoriais alinhados ao posicionamento, público e objetivos de cada cliente.
  • Escrever headlines, legendas, carrosséis e sequências de stories com linguagem natural, persuasiva e adequada ao tom de voz de cada profissional.
  • Desenvolver roteiros de Reels com ganchos, narrativas e orientações claras para gravação.
  • Produzir artes para posts, carrosséis, stories e capas de Reels, respeitando a identidade visual de cada cliente.
  • Editar Reels e stories com cortes, legendas, trilhas e recursos visuais que favoreçam a compreensão e a retenção.
  • Transformar dúvidas, bastidores, depoimentos e resultados em histórias e conteúdos relevantes para o público.
  • Pesquisar referências, tendências e formatos, adaptando as ideias ao contexto de cada profissional.
  • Acompanhar alcance, retenção, compartilhamentos, salvamentos e interações para propor melhorias no conteúdo.
  • Participar dos grupos de WhatsApp dos clientes com clareza e profissionalismo: solicitar materiais, esclarecer dúvidas, alinhar demandas, acompanhar aprovações e informar prazos.
  • Organizar a rotina de produção e acompanhar as etapas de criação, revisão, aprovação e publicação.

O que esperamos de você

  • Experiência prática em planejamento e produção de conteúdo para Instagram.
  • Boa escrita, domínio da língua portuguesa e atenção à revisão.
  • Capacidade de adaptar a comunicação à identidade, ao público e aos objetivos de diferentes clientes.
  • Entendimento do papel de Reels, stories e carrosséis na construção de alcance, relacionamento e oportunidades comerciais.
  • Habilidade para criar peças visuais e editar vídeos para redes sociais.
  • Organização para conduzir demandas de diferentes clientes e cumprir os prazos combinados.
  • Autonomia para executar o planejamento, propor ideias e resolver demandas.
  • Boa comunicação com clientes e equipe, atenção aos detalhes e senso estético.
  • Abertura para receber feedbacks e realizar ajustes.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência com conteúdo para estética, saúde ou harmonização orofacial.
  • Domínio de Canva e CapCut.
  • Familiaridade com Manychat e automações de comentários e directs.
  • Conhecimento de palavras-chave e busca no Instagram.
  • Uso de inteligência artificial como apoio à produção, com revisão crítica, checagem das informações e escrita autoral.
