Somos a F2F, uma agência integrada, pioneira na adoção de Inteligência Artificial aplicada ao marketing e à criatividade. Com 13 anos de mercado, atendemos grandes marcas conectando dados, conteúdo e performance para gerar resultados consistentes e mensuráveis.

Buscamos uma Pessoa Jurídica para atuar como Planner Estratégico, em projetos de maior complexidade. É uma posição de alta autonomia, para quem tem segurança para conduzir planejamentos do início ao fim, da leitura do problema de negócio até a recomendação estratégica, com contato direto e recorrente com o cliente.

O prestador será responsável por:

  • Desenvolver planejamentos estratégicos de comunicação e construir estratégias para campanhas e lançamentos de produtos.
  • Traduzir briefings e desafios de negócio em problemas claros de comunicação.
  • Realizar análises de mercado, categoria, concorrência, consumidor e comportamento quando necessário, identificando insights e construindo recomendações a partir de dados e contexto.
  • Estruturar conceitos estratégicos, territórios, jornadas e arquiteturas de comunicação.
  • Construir apresentações e narrativas estratégicas com clareza e capacidade de convencimento.
  • Planejar campanhas de ponta a ponta, conectando estratégia, criação, mídia, canais e entregáveis, em trabalho integrado com as disciplinas de criação, mídia, audiovisual, conteúdo e atendimento.
  • Participar de discussões de estratégia de canais e ecossistemas de comunicação, além de projetos regionais e internacionais.
  • Conduzir apresentações e discussões diretamente com o cliente, apresentando e defendendo recomendações com autonomia.
  • Assumir frentes de planejamento de forma independente, organizando prioridades, entregas e próximos passos, com participação pontual em projetos de social quando houver necessidade estratégica.

  • Experiência consistente em planejamento estratégico de comunicação, incluindo construção de campanhas de ponta a ponta e lançamentos de produtos e serviços.
  • Capacidade de conectar desafio de negócio, consumidor, categoria e comunicação, com boa capacidade analítica e de síntese.
  • Segurança para trabalhar com dados, pesquisas e diferentes fontes de informação.
  • Excelente capacidade de estruturar apresentações e construir narrativas estratégicas, com segurança para apresentar e defender recomendações diretamente com o cliente.
  • Capacidade de coordenar diferentes disciplinas envolvidas em uma campanha, com autonomia para conduzir projetos sem depender de direcionamento constante.
  • Boa organização para lidar com projetos simultâneos.
  • Inglês avançado (requisito indispensável para essa posição).
