Nesta oportunidade, o(a) Consultor(a) Técnico(a) integrará a equipe da Agenda Assessoria, atuando na prestação de consultoria especializada, orientando os clientes e acompanhando as demandas relacionadas à gestão previdenciária. Sua atuação contribuirá para a aplicação de conhecimentos técnicos, a identificação de necessidades e a construção de soluções alinhadas à realidade dos Regimes Próprios de Previdência Social (RPPS), promovendo a qualidade dos serviços e o fortalecimento do relacionamento com os clientes.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrincipais responsabilidades

Atendimento ao cliente; Especificação de chamados; Visitas técnicas; (NECESSÁRIO DISPONIBILIDADE PARA VIAJAR P OUTRAS CIDADES) Treinamentos e atividades correlatas.Experiências e conhecimentos desejadosExperiência em atendimento ao cliente ou consultoria a RPPS, ou em sistemas previdenciários públicos; Noções de legislação previdenciária e sua aplicação; Excel intermediário; Comunicação escrita clara; Afinidade com tecnologia.Requisitos e qualificações Formação Nas áreas de: Administração; Economia; Contabilidade; Direito e áreas afins.
