Job Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain back-end applications and services using Microsoft .NET technologies to meet business and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, and other team members to deliver reliable software solutions effectively.
  • Review, refactor, and enhance existing code to improve performance, scalability, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve software defects and technical issues.
  • Perform unit, integration, and other appropriate testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of developed applications.
  • Develop and maintain secure, reliable, and responsive services and APIs aligned with business requirements, working closely with front-end teams where applicable.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry standards, development frameworks, and best practices that may improve systems and technical solutions.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, applying strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills to support stable application operations.
  • Apply secure coding practices, protect sensitive data, and address vulnerabilities identified through testing or code review. 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a .NET Developer, Back-End Developer, or Application Developer.
  • At least 2 years of software development experience using C#, ASP.NET or ASP.NET Core, and Microsoft SQL Server. Experience with MVC architecture, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, and Redis is preferred.
  • Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of architectural styles and APIs, including REST and RPC.
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git and standard branching and code review practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
  • Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and innovative.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development tools, with the ability to use them responsibly for coding, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting while validating outputs and protecting confidential information.
