Rootsi keele oskusega müügiassistent

Tööülesanded: Agent Triin otsib oma kliendi Bellus Furniture’i meeskonda rootsi keele oskusega müügiassistenti. Sinu koostööpartnerid on Rootsi mööblikauplused, kaupluseketid ja Belluse sealsed müügiagendid – paljud neist pikaajalised partnerid.

Sinu peamised ülesanded: • suhtled äriklientide ja müügiagentidega rootsi keeles telefoni ning e-posti teel; • sisestad ja kontrollid müügitellimusi ning küsid vajalikke täpsustusi; • vahendad tellimustega seotud infot klientide, kontori ja tootmise vahel; • aitad lahendada tarne- ja tooteküsimusi ning käsitled reklamatsioone.

Hommikuti keskendud tavaliselt tellimustele, päeva jooksul lisandub jooksev kliendisuhtlus.

See on klienditeeninduse ja müügitoe roll. Aktiivset müüki ega lõpptarbijate teenindamist töö ei sisalda.

Omalt poolt pakume: Võimalust kasutada rootsi keelt igapäevases töös ning hoida suhteid Belluse pikaajaliste Rootsi koostööpartneritega.• Põhjalikku sisseelamist kolleegide ja mentori toel. Mööblivaldkonna, toodete ja tööprogrammide tundmine ei ole eeltingimus – need õpid selgeks kohapeal. • Kogenud meeskonna tuge, kellega saad arutada ka keerulisemaid kliendiküsimusi. • Vaheldusrikast tööd, kus tellimuste haldamine vaheldub suhtlemise ja lahenduste leidmisega. • Võimalust korraldada oma tööd iseseisvalt ning teha ettepanekuid igapäevase koostöö parandamiseks. • Kindlat töörütmi esmaspäevast reedeni.

Eelistatud töökoht on Haljalas, kus asuvad Belluse põhikontor, tehas ja suurem osa klienditeeninduse tiimist. Tööaeg on kell 8.00–16.30.

Sobiva kandidaadi puhul on võimalik töötada Tallinna kontoris aadressil Tatari 25–205, käies regulaarselt Haljalas. Lähtekoht on üks päev nädalas, täpne korraldus lepitakse kokku. Tallinna kontori tööaeg on kell 8.30–17.00.

Tegemist on täistööajaga kontoritööga. Oodatud oled ka siis, kui kaalud karjääripööret või naased tööturule.

Muud nõuded: Valdad hästi rootsi keelt kõnes ja kirjas ning oskad eesti ja inglise keelt igapäevaseks koostööks.Suhtled julgelt ja väljendad end selgelt, nii telefonis kui ka kirjalikult. Oled täpne ja analüüsivõimeline - märkad detaile, seostad infot ja mõtled lahendused läbi. Oled algatusvõimeline ja vastutustundlik - korraldad oma tööd iseseisvalt ning pead kokkulepetest kinni. Väärtustad koostööd ja head teenindust ning säilitad keerulises olukorras rahuliku ja konstruktiivse suhtumise. Tahad õppida ja oled valmis omandama uusi teadmisi ning töövõtteid. Varasem klienditeeninduse, tellimuste haldamise, müügitoe või logistika kogemus tuleb kasuks. Mööblivaldkonna ja tööprogrammide tundmine ei ole eeltingimus - need õpid selgeks kolleegide ja mentori toel. Oled oodatud ka siis, kui kaalud karjääripööret või naased tööturule.
