Jij kan meewerken aan een thuis voor iedereen en samen met ons kwaliteitsvol, toegankelijk, woonzeker en betaalbaar wonen in Vlaanderen mogelijk maken.

Als financieel expert werk je in de dienst Begroting en Thesaurie binnen de afdeling Financiën. De dienst telt een tiental enthousiaste collega’s en werkt rond drie thema’s, verdeeld over drie teams: team Begroting, team Interne Thesaurie en team Subsidies.

In eerste instantie ben je verantwoordelijk voor opdrachten binnen het team Begroting: als financieel expert stel je samen met je collega’s de begroting op, je staat in voor diverse begrotingsrapporteringen doorheen het jaar en zorgt ervoor dat de jaarafsluiting en jaarrapportering over de begroting vlot verlopen.

Daarnaast speel je een cruciale rol in het adviseren van interne klanten en bij het beleid over de budgettaire impact van initiatieven, dossiers en beslissingen. Je zal ook ingeschakeld worden bij andere processen binnen de dienst, zoals de afstemming met thesaurieprocessen, de opvolging van subsidiestromen en de verdere professionalisering van financiële rapporteringen.

We zijn op zoek naar iemand die graag en goed zelfstandig werkt, die gemakkelijk proactief contact opneemt met stakeholders en collega’s (o.a. andere diensten binnen het agentschap, het agentschap Financiën & Begroting, het kabinet…), naar iemand die graag kritisch nadenkt, nieuwe mogelijkheden ziet, en ervaring heeft met het uitvoeren van controles op de cijfers.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een financiële richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar beroepservaring in één van de volgende domeinen: begroting, boekhouding en/of financiële planningen.
