Nous recherchons un Consultant Immobilier talentueux et motivé pour rejoindre notre équipe et contribuer à notre croissance. Vos missions En tant que Responsable Commercial chez Agenz, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement de notre activité. Vos responsabilités incluront : Développer les ventes : Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux clients, qu’il s’agisse de particuliers ou de professionnels de l’immobilier. Gérer les relations clients : Assurer un suivi personnalisé pour répondre aux besoins des clients et garantir leur satisfaction. Analyser les performances : Suivre les indicateurs clés, proposer des stratégies d’amélioration et ajuster les actions commerciales en conséquence. Représenter Agenz : Promouvoir nos services lors d’événements professionnels et auprès des partenaires stratégiques. Profil Votre profil Formation : Bac+3/Bac+5 en commerce, gestion ou équivalent. Expérience : Entre 1 et 3 ans d'expérience dans une équipe commerciale - idéalement dans l'immobilier mais tous les secteurs peuvent être acceptés Compétences : Excellentes capacités de négociation et de persuasion. Forte orientation client et résultats. Leadership naturel et esprit d’équipe. Maîtrise des outils CRM et des solutions digitales. Langues : Français courant, anglais et/ou arabe est un plus. Informations contractuelles Informations Contractuelles Poste : Responsable Commercial Type de contrat : CDI-CDD-FREELANCE ( selon profil ) Localisation : Maroc Rémunération : Package attractif comprenant un salaire fixe compétitif et une partie variable basée sur les performances.
