Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar e supervisionar a equipe de Técnicos de Segurança do Trabalho que atua nas obras;Distribuir, acompanhar e cobrar a execução das atividades da equipe de campo;Monitorar indicadores de SSMA, analisando resultados, desvios e oportunidades de melhoria;Garantir o cumprimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs), procedimentos internos e requisitos legais de Segurança do Trabalho;Realizar visitas periódicas às obras para acompanhamento das atividades e orientação das equipes;Apoiar os Técnicos de Segurança na identificação e tratativa de não conformidades;Elaborar, acompanhar e monitorar planos de ação relacionados à Segurança do Trabalho;Realizar reuniões periódicas com a equipe para alinhamento de atividades, resultados e demandas das obras;Acompanhar relatórios, indicadores e controles de Segurança do Trabalho;Identificar oportunidades de melhoria e promover o aprimoramento contínuo dos processos de SSMA;Garantir a padronização das práticas e procedimentos de Segurança do Trabalho entre as diferentes obras;Apoiar a gestão na consolidação de informações e resultados da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação Técnica em Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência na área de Segurança do Trabalho;Experiência com liderança e gestão de equipes de Técnicos de Segurança do Trabalho;Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras (NRs) e legislação de Segurança do Trabalho;Vivência em obras e acompanhamento de equipes de campo;Experiência com gestão de indicadores de SSMA e elaboração e acompanhamento de planos de ação;Conhecimento em elaboração e acompanhamento de relatórios de Segurança do Trabalho;Conhecimento do Pacote Office, principalmente Excel;CNH categoria B;Disponibilidade para viagens e visitas às obras;Experiência com implantação e melhoria de processos de SSMA;Vivência em gestão de equipes de Segurança do Trabalho em obras de construção civil, infraestrutura ou instalações;Experiência com análise de não conformidades e implementação de ações corretivas e preventivas.Informações adicionais💳 Vale Alimentação ou Refeição;🚌 Vale Transporte;🏥 Plano de Saúde: Porto Seguro (com coparticipação);🦷 Plano Odontológico: Sul América (opcional);🛡️ Seguro de Vida em Grupo;💊 Convênio farmácia;🎓 Parceria com Faculdade Unifecaf (descontos em cursos);🏆Programa SOU AGEPLAN, com reconhecimento por tempo de empresa e bonificação;👶🏻 Kit maternidade e paternidade;💆🏻Programas de bem-estar e qualidade de vida no escritório.
