Buscamos Vigilante / Porteiro Pleno para atuar na segurança patrimonial e controle de acesso, garantindo um ambiente tranquilo para clientes, visitantes e equipe interna.

  • Controlar entrada e saída de pessoas, veículos e fornecedores.
  • Realizar rondas periódicas nas dependências do local.
  • Monitorar câmeras e sistemas de segurança, quando aplicável.
  • Registrar ocorrências e reportar situações fora do padrão.
  • Orientar visitantes com cordialidade e postura profissional.
  • Zelar pela conservação dos equipamentos e do posto de trabalho.
  • Cumprir normas internas e procedimentos de segurança.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Experiência prévia em vigilância, portaria ou controle de acesso (nível Pleno).
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em escala e turnos (incluindo finais de semana, se necessário).
  • Boa comunicação, postura profissional e atenção a detalhes.
  • Capacidade de agir com calma em situações de pressão.
  • Ensino fundamental completo (mínimo) e documentação em dia.

Diferenciais:

  • Curso de Vigilante e/ou reciclagem atualizada.
  • Experiência em condomínios, empresas ou instituições de grande porte.
  • Noções de informática para uso de sistemas de portaria e controle de acesso.
  • Vivência com monitoramento por CFTV.
