Wij zoeken een Customer Service Representative die klantentevredenheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan en die collega’s in diverse teams daarbij betrekt,

Uw verantwoordelijkheden

• U bent het single point of contact voor de klant vanaf het moment dat een projectorder binnenkomt tot aan de afronding van het project. Daardoor heeft u een sleutelpositie tussen de klant, Aggreko Sales en Aggreko Operations.

• Door uw proactieve houding brengt u rust en focus in de project planning. U anticipeert op de cruciale momenten: de order bevestiging; de voorbereiding van de levering; de levering zelf; en de project afsluiting wanneer technische oplossingen geretourneerd worden aan het depot.

• U polst constant naar de klantwens en de klanttevredenheid. Door omstandigheden kunnen die wensen gedurende het project wijzigen. Doordat u gepland en projectmatig werkt, blijft u permanent in controle en registreert u dit allemaal nauwgezet.

• U reageert op extra inkomende vragen van de klant omtrent extra benodigdheden, certificaten of storingen. Deze laatste geeft u aan de juiste interne afdeling door.

• U Jij beoordeelt de informatie die u krijgt, naar eigen vermogen en in samenspraak met de klant. En klopt er iets niet, dan spreekt u uw commerciële of operationele collega’s daar constructief op aan.

• U bent verantwoordelijk voor uw portefeuille, maar in een klein team (4 CSR’s in Nederland en 2 in België) bent u altijd een back-up voor elkaar.

Uw profiel

De rol is open voor zowel ervaren CRS professionals als voor mensen die in deze rol wensen te groeien. Uw drijfveren inspireren ons dan ook meer dan uw technische kennis.

• U heeft uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en heeft goede kennis van de Franse taal.

• U verzorgt consistente interne informatie stromen via MS Office en ERP/CRM.

• U bent een gedreven teamspeler en spreekt ook uw collega’s aan op hun verantwoordelijkheid voor klanttevredenheid.

• In verband met onze locatie (Smallandlaan 6, Hoboken) bent u in het bezit van eigen vervoer.

• Een marktconform salaris tussen de € 3.100- € E3.500.
