Starte Deine Karriere im SaaS/Fintech Sales bei Agicap, einem der am schnellsten wachsenden europäischen Software-Unternehmen, und baue als eine:r der ersten SDRs unseren Standort in Düsseldorf von Anfang an mit auf.

Als Sales Development Representative baust Du die Grundlage für unsere DACH-Expansion und entwickelst Dich perspektivisch in Richtung Account Executive, Partnerships oder Account Management weiter.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Gewinne neue potenzielle Kunden für Agicap im DACH-Markt durch gezielten Outbound und strategische Prospecting-Aktivitäten
  • Führe Gespräche mit CFOs, Finance Leaders und Geschäftsführer:innen, identifiziere Pain Points und wecke Interesse an unserer Lösung
  • Qualifiziere Leads und buche hochwertige Demos für unsere Account Executives
  • Arbeite eng mit AEs, Marketing und Sales Ops zusammen, um unsere Pipeline nachhaltig auszubauen
  • Teste neue Outreach-Ansätze und bringe eigene Ideen zur Leadgenerierung ein
  • Behalte KPIs im Blick, optimiere Sales-Funnel datenbasiert und sieh direkt, wie deine Arbeit Pipeline erzeugt
  • Lerne in einem strukturierten Onboarding modernen SaaS Sales von Grund auf

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium, z. B. in BWL, Finance, Psychologie oder vergleichbaren Fachrichtungen; erste Sales-Erfahrung ist ein Plus
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Interesse daran, Deinen Erfolg anhand von Zielen und KPIs zu messen, um schnell Spitzenleistungen zu erreichen
  • Wettbewerbsorientierte und zielstrebige Persönlichkeit mit Motivation, durch starke Performance sichtbaren Erfolg zu erzielen
