Senior Huvudprojektledare – Infrastruktur / Slussen Placering: Stockholm, Slussen (hybrid) Vi på Agil arbetskraft söker en erfaren huvudprojektledare till ett omfattande infrastrukturprojekt inom Stockholms kollektivtrafik. Uppdraget innebär att leda och samordna slutfasen av projektet Bussterminal Slussen, med fokus på färdigställande, driftsättning och överlämning till förvaltning. Om uppdraget Som huvudprojektledare ansvarar du för projektets framdrift, ekonomi, kvalitet och riskhantering. Du samverkar med Stockholms stad, entreprenörer och andra intressenter för att säkerställa en framgångsrik överlämning av den nya bussterminalen. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Leda och samordna projektets avslutande aktiviteter.

Ansvara för budget, prognoser, risker och leveranser.

Samordna verifiering, validering, tester och driftsättning.

Säkerställa slutbesiktningar, dokumentation och överlämning till förvaltningsorganisationen.

Hantera kontraktsfrågor, avvikelser och samverkan med externa aktörer.

Kvalifikationer – skallkrav Vi söker dig som har:

Civilingenjörsexamen inom samhällsbyggnad, väg och vatten eller annan teknisk civilingenjörsexamen med inriktning mot bygg/infrastruktur.

Minst 12 års dokumenterad erfarenhet av projektledning inom anläggning, infrastruktur eller samhällsbyggnad.

Minst 5 års erfarenhet som huvudprojektledare.

Varit huvudprojektledare i minst ett genomfört projekt med en investeringsvolym över 500 miljoner kronor.

Erfarenhet från minst två projekt i produktionsskede inom anläggning, infrastruktur eller samhällsbyggnad, minst ett år per projekt.

Erfarenhet från minst ett projekt med ansvar för överlämning, driftsättning eller mottagande av färdig anläggning.

Erfarenhet från minst ett projekt genomfört i samverkan mellan flera offentliga aktörer.

Meriterande Erfarenhet från minst ett kollektivtrafikprojekt.

Erfarenhet från projekt som omfattat bussterminal, station, bytespunkt eller annan komplex trafikanläggning.

Ansvar för verifiering, validering, driftsättning eller överlämning av tekniska system.

Erfarenhet av överlämning av färdig anläggning från extern byggherre, entreprenör eller projektorganisation till förvaltningsorganisation.
