Senior testare inom last och prestanda – Stockholm Vi söker en erfaren och självgående testare med specialistkompetens inom last- och prestandatestning till ett spännande uppdrag i Stockholm. Du kommer att arbeta med affärskritiska digitala tjänster i en komplex, molnbaserad miljö med höga krav på tillgänglighet, skalbarhet och prestanda. Distans 40% Om uppdraget I rollen ansvarar du för att planera, genomföra och analysera last- och prestandatester i komplexa systemmiljöer. Du identifierar flaskhalsar, analyserar kapacitetsbehov och bidrar med rekommendationer för att förbättra systemens prestanda, stabilitet och skalbarhet. Du arbetar nära utvecklare, DevOps-team och arkitekter och bidrar till att integrera prestandatestning i agila utvecklingsprocesser och CI/CD-flöden. Vi söker dig som har Gedigen erfarenhet av last-, stress-, kapacitets- och prestandatestning i produktionssatta system.

Erfarenhet av prestandatestning i komplexa, distribuerade och molnbaserade systemmiljöer.

God förståelse för systemarkitektur, skalbarhet, latens och autoskalning.

Erfarenhet av att analysera metrics, loggar och distribuerad tracing för att identifiera prestandaproblem.

Erfarenhet av kapacitetsanalys och optimering av resursutnyttjande och kostnader i molnplattformar.

God kunskap om DevOps, CI/CD och agila utvecklings- och testmetoder.

Erfarenhet av att använda AI-baserade verktyg inom testdesign, testautomatisering, analys eller kvalitetssäkring.

Erfarenhet av större utvecklings- och förändringsprojekt.

Förmåga att självständigt driva prestandatestning och kommunicera tekniska resultat och rekommendationer till både tekniska och verksamhetsnära intressenter.

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.

Meriterande Erfarenhet av att leda eller handleda andra inom test och prestanda.

Erfarenhet av att utveckla strategier och arbetssätt för icke-funktionell testning.

Kunskap om säkerhetsrelaterade kvalitetsrisker.
