Senior projektledare – Mjukvaruutveckling & Inbyggda system Placering: Stockholm (Järfälla/Solna) Vi på Agil arbetskraft söker en senior projektledare till ett spännande uppdrag inom försvarsindustrin. Du kommer att leda tekniskt komplexa utvecklingsprojekt med fokus på mjukvara för inbyggda system och arbeta nära utvecklingsteam, arkitekter och andra tekniska specialister. Om uppdraget Som projektledare ansvarar du för planering, genomförande och uppföljning av utvecklingsprojekt, från kravställning och design till integration, verifiering och leverans. Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Leda och koordinera utvecklingsprojekt inom mjukvara och inbyggda system.

Ansvara för projektplanering, budget, resurser, risker och leveranser.

Samordna aktiviteter inom arkitektur, mjukvaruutveckling, integration, test och verifiering.

Säkerställa samarbete mellan utvecklingsteam på olika orter.

Hantera tekniska risker, krav och milstolpar.

Rapportera projektstatus och avvikelser till styrgrupp och ledning.

Kvalifikationer – skallkrav Vi söker dig som har:

Flerårig dokumenterad erfarenhet som senior projektledare inom mjukvaruutveckling.

Erfarenhet av att leda komplexa tekniska utvecklingsprojekt.

God teknisk förståelse för plattformsnära mjukvara och operativsystem.

Erfarenhet av systemintegration samt verifiering av komplexa system.

Erfarenhet av projektplanering, budgetuppföljning och riskhantering.

Förmåga att leda tekniska team och fatta välgrundade beslut i samarbete med utvecklare och andra intressenter.

Du är självgående, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad med god kommunikativ förmåga och ett tydligt resultatfokus. Meriterande Flerårig erfarenhet av projektledning inom försvarsindustrin, flygindustrin eller annan högteknologisk verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av säkerhetskritiska system och utveckling av inbyggd mjukvara.
