Senior Test Automation Engineer – Financial Crime Prevention Vi söker en erfaren Senior Test Automation Engineer till SEB område Financial Crime Prevention. Uppdraget fokuserar på kvalitetssäkring och testautomation av avancerade plattformar och detekteringslösningar för att förebygga finansiell brottslighet. Du kommer att arbeta i en modern cloud-native miljö med dataplattformar, regelbaserade detekteringsmotorer, API, integrationer och realtidsflöden på Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Rollen innebär ett nära samarbete med utvecklare, Business Analysts, kravanalytiker och arkitekter för att säkerställa kvalitet genom hela utvecklingsprocessen. Om uppdraget Uppdraget ingår i Financial Crime Prevention där du får en central roll i att utveckla och förbättra teststrategier, automatiserade tester och kvalitetssäkringsprocesser. Du arbetar hands-on med testautomation, datatestning och validering av komplex affärslogik. En viktig del av uppdraget är även att tillämpa AI-assisterad och agentbaserad testning för att effektivisera testprocesser och vidareutveckla moderna arbetssätt inom Quality Engineering. Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:

Designa, utveckla och underhålla automatiserade tester med Python och/eller Java.

Utveckla och förbättra testautomationsramverk och teststrategier.

Tillämpa AI-assisterad och agentbaserad testning inom testdesign, testgenerering, exekvering och analys.

Testa dataplattformar, datapipelines, ETL-processer, datakvalitet och datatransformationer inom GCP.

Validera regelbaserade detekteringsmotorer och komplex affärslogik.

Testa API, integrationer och realtidsflöden i distribuerade system.

Utveckla och underhålla regressionstester samt integrations- och end-to-end-tester.

Integrera automatiserade tester i CI/CD-pipelines och utvecklingsflöden.

Säkerställa att AI-genererade testresultat är validerade, spårbara och reproducerbara.

Identifiera kvalitetsrisker och samarbeta med teamet för att säkerställa robusta tekniska lösningar.

Kvalifikationer – skallkrav Vi söker dig som har:

Minst 8–10 års relevant erfarenhet inom testautomation, teknisk testning eller Quality Engineering.

Gedigen erfarenhet av att utveckla och implementera testautomationslösningar och ramverk.

Mycket goda programmeringskunskaper i Python och/eller Java samt goda SQL-kunskaper.

Praktisk erfarenhet av AI-assisterad eller agentbaserad testning inom mjukvarutestningens livscykel.

Erfarenhet av Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Gedigen erfarenhet av datatestning, ETL-processer och datakvalitet.

Erfarenhet av testning av regelbaserade system, beslutsmotorer eller komplex affärslogik.

God förståelse för API, systemintegrationer, CI/CD och end-to-end-testning.

Stark analytisk förmåga och förståelse för sambandet mellan data, teknik, verksamhetskrav och kontroller.

Förmåga att självständigt driva testarbete och ta ansvar för leveranser i agila, tvärfunktionella team.

God kommunikativ förmåga och vana av teknisk dokumentation.

Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande kompetens genom arbetslivserfarenhet.

Meriterande Erfarenhet från bank- och finanssektorn, Financial Crime Prevention, transaktionsövervakning, compliance eller annan reglerad verksamhet.

Erfarenhet av BigQuery, Bigtable, Dataflow, Pub/Sub och/eller Composer inom GCP.

Erfarenhet av AI-baserade utvecklings- och testverktyg.

ISTQB-certifiering eller motsvarande.

Google Cloud-certifiering.

Certifiering inom kravhantering, exempelvis REQB eller motsvarande.

Personliga egenskaper Du är analytisk, strukturerad och självgående med ett starkt kvalitetsfokus. Du har ett proaktivt och lösningsorienterat arbetssätt, trivs i komplexa tekniska miljöer och har förmåga att samarbeta effektivt med både verksamhet och tekniska team. Du är nyfiken på nya teknologier och drivs av att kontinuerligt utveckla testprocesser och arbetssätt. Vi erbjuder 32 dagars semester
