O Promotor de Vendas é um profissional essencial para a visibilidade e posicionamento da marca no mercado, atuando diretamente nos pontos de venda para assegurar a exposição atrativa dos nossos produtos, o fortalecimento do relacionamento com os clientes. Este cargo exige dinamismo, proatividade, foco em resultados e habilidade para lidar com pessoas, sendo essencial uma postura profissional e ética que represente os valores da empresa. Além de executar as atividades operacionais no ponto de venda, o Promotor de Vendas deve ter boa comunicação, capacidade de persuasão, atenção aos detalhes e espírito de colaboração para construir parcerias sólidas e gerar impacto positivo nas operações comerciais.

  • Garantir a reposição e organização dos produtos nos pontos de venda, priorizando a visibilidade e atratividade.
  • Implementar e monitorar materiais de merchandising, seguindo as diretrizes do Grupo Disnorte.
  • Analisar o estoque dos clientes, sugerindo reposições e promovendo o giro de produtos.
  • Coletar e reportar informações estratégicas sobre concorrência, preços, promoções e oportunidades no mercado.
  • Desenvolver e manter relacionamentos positivos e colaborativos com gerentes e responsáveis pelos pontos de venda.
  • Promover degustações e ações promocionais para divulgar a marca e os produtos da empresa.
  • Demonstrar flexibilidade e capacidade de adaptação em diferentes ambientes e desafios do dia a dia.
  • Cumprir os roteiros de visitas, priorizando eficiência e organização no planejamento das atividades.
  • Manter uma postura ética e representar o Grupo Disnorte com integridade e profissionalismo em todas as interações.
