Vi söker en erfaren interimchef som vill leda och utveckla inköps- och upphandlingsarbetet hos en offentlig verksamhet i Stockholm. Här får du möjlighet att leda en central inköps- och upphandlingsfunktion i en offentlig verksamhet. Du skapar stabilitet, riktning och framdrift i ett uppdrag med stor verksamhetsnytta och många kontaktytor. Om rollen Du leder en enhet som stödjer verksamheten i inköps- och upphandlingsfrågor. Du ansvarar för verksamhet, personal och budget inom inköpsfunktionen. Du ingår i en ledningsgrupp och samarbetar nära verksamhetens chefer och specialister.

Det här kommer du göra Leda, utveckla och följa upp inköps- och upphandlingsverksamheten. Säkerställa rättssäkra, affärsmässiga och effektiva inköp. Driva inköpsplanering, avtalsuppföljning och leverantörsutveckling. Stötta och utveckla teamets arbete inom flera inköpskategorier. Hantera komplexa upphandlingar, särskilt inom IT och digitala lösningar.

Vi söker dig som har Relevant akademisk utbildning eller motsvarande kompetens. Aktuell erfarenhet av inköp och upphandling inom offentlig sektor. Mycket god kunskap om lagen om offentlig upphandling, LOU. Flerårig chefserfarenhet med ansvar för personal, budget och verksamhet. Erfarenhet av att leda komplexa IT-upphandlingar och leverantörsförhandlingar.
