Arbeta nära produktionen och driv kvalitetsförbättringar i tillverkning av tekniskt avancerade produkter. Här får du en viktig roll i kvalitetsarbetet hos en etablerad aktör inom avancerad tillverkning. Du arbetar nära verksamheten och bidrar till stabilare processer, minskade avvikelser och en stark förbättringskultur. Om rollen Arbeta som kvalitetstekniker i tillverkningsflöden för tekniska komponenter och enheter. Vara länken mellan produktion, produktionsteknik och kvalitet. Kombinera operativ närvaro i verksamheten med långsiktigt förbättringsarbete.

Det här kommer du göra Följa upp, analysera och visualisera kvalitets- och processnyckeltal. Driva korrigerande och förebyggande åtgärder utifrån avvikelser. Delta i och leda rotorsaksanalyser med exempelvis 5 Why och fiskbensdiagram. Hantera dokumentation, utredningar och uppföljning av kvalitetsavvikelser. Medverka i förbättringsprojekt kring kontrollplaner, instruktioner och provningsupplägg.

Vi söker dig som har Teknisk bakgrund inom mekanik- och/eller elektroniktillverkning. Erfarenhet av kvalitet, produktionsteknik eller produktutveckling. Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat med analys, avvikelser och förbättringsarbete. Intresse för att arbeta nära produktionen och stötta verksamheten i kvalitetsfrågor. God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska.

Teknik & Verktyg Microsoft Office. 5 Why och fiskbensdiagram. FMEA, kontrollplaner och egenkontroll. ISO 9001 och IPC är meriterande. IFS samt Creo eller andra 2D- och 3D-verktyg är meriterande.
