Vi söker en materialkoordinator som vill säkra materialflöden och leveranser i en komplex produktionsmiljö i Linköping. Vill du ha en central roll i att säkra materialtillgänglighet och leveransprecision i en komplex produktionsmiljö? Som materialkoordinator arbetar du nära produktion, planering och inköp för att förebygga brister och lösa kritiska leveransavvikelser. Om rollen Koordinera materialflöden och följa upp leveransprognoser till produktion. Vara en sammanhållande länk mellan planering, produktion, inköp och andra berörda funktioner. Arbeta proaktivt för att minska materialbrister och behovet av akuthantering.

Det här kommer du göra Prioritera kritiska artiklar och intern körordning utifrån produktionsbehov. , analysera och följa upp materialbrister samt trender. Driva åtgärder vid sena leveranser, kvalitetsavvikelser, returer och omkontroller. Säkerställa att produktion, planering och inköp har synkroniserade prioriteringar.

Vi söker dig som har Relevant högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande kunskap inom logistik, planering eller inköp. Erfarenhet av materialplanering eller koordinerande arbete i produktionsmiljö. Förmåga att arbeta strukturerat med både helhetsperspektiv och detaljer. God förmåga att driva frågor framåt och fatta prioriteringsbeslut.

Teknik & Verktyg Excel för uppföljning, analys och statistik. Affärssystem, gärna IFS eller likvärdigt system. Metoder för materialplanering, leveransuppföljning och avvikelsehantering.
