Driv arbetet med att upptäcka, utreda och förebygga kvalitetsproblem i kundledet inom fordonsindustrin. Vill du bidra till högre produktkvalitet och bättre kundupplevelser inom fordonsindustrin? I den här rollen arbetar du nära tvärfunktionella team för att , utreda och långsiktigt förebygga kvalitetsproblem på marknaden. Om rollen Du blir en del av en produktkvalitetsfunktion hos en stor aktör inom fordonsindustrin. Rollen fokuserar på tidig upptäckt och hantering av kundrelaterade kvalitetsfrågor. Du arbetar självständigt med stöd och vägledning vid behov.

Det här kommer du göra Analysera statistiska underlag och marknadsrapporter för att upptäcka kvalitetsproblem tidigt. Initiera och driva utredningar av kund- och produktkvalitetsfrågor. Föreslå och införa tillfälliga åtgärder som minskar påverkan på marknaden. Driva fram hållbara lösningar som förebygger återkommande kvalitetsproblem. Kommunicera status, åtgärder och lärdomar till relevanta intressenter.

Vi söker dig som har Relevant erfarenhet av produktkvalitet, avvikelsehantering eller kvalitetsutveckling. Förmåga att analysera data och omsätta insikter till konkreta åtgärder. Erfarenhet av att samarbeta i tvärfunktionella team. Förståelse för rotorsaksanalys och arbete med förebyggande kvalitetsåtgärder. God förmåga att kommunicera tydligt kring komplexa kvalitetsfrågor.
