Diese Rolle ist bei unserer Tochterfirma BÄR Automation GmbH in Gemmingen zu besetzen.

Das Team bei der BÄR Automation GmbH sucht einen Senior Softwareinbetriebnehmer /Consultant FTF (m/w/d), der/ die komplexe Intralogistikanlagen mit fahrerlosen Transportsystemen von der Programmierung bis zur Kundenabnahme eigenverantwortlich in Betrieb nimmt.

Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben

  • Programmierung: Programmierung von Fahrerlosen Transportfahrzeugen
  • Inbetriebnahme: Inbetriebnahme der Systeme im Haus und beim Kunden, Inbetriebnahme von der Software zur Steuerung und Verwaltung der BÄR-Komplettanlagen mit Fahrerlosen Transportfahrzeugen (FTF) bzw. Fördermittelsteuerung und Shuttlesteuerung
  • Erstellung und Durchführung: Erstellung von Siemens Step7- und dazugehörigen Visualisierungsprogrammen für Kundenaufträge, Durchführung von Softwareänderungen und -optimierungen
  • Anlagenbetreuung: Betreuung der Anlage von der Inbetriebnahme über Probebetrieb und Produktionsbegleitung bis zur Abnahme durch den Endkunden
  • Schulung und Dokumentation: Schulung des Kundenpersonals, Erstellen von Dokumentationen

Passend zum Profil

Grundvoraussetzungen

  • Studium: Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik oder Informatik
  • SPS-Erfahrung: Steuerungskenntnisse und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der SPS-Programmierung/-Projektierung, vorzugsweise Siemens S7; TIA-Portal
  • Programmierkenntnisse: Kenntnisse in einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache (C, C++, C# oder Java) oder in der Microcontroller-Programmierung
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Reisebereitschaft: Hohe Reisebereitschaft im In- und Ausland sowie Führerscheinklasse B

Von Vorteil

  • Visualisierung: Erfahrung mit WinCC Flexible oder vergleichbarer Visualisierungssoftware
  • Antriebstechnik: Kenntnisse in der Antriebstechnik
  • Feldbusprotokolle: Kenntnisse in CANopen, Profinet und iWLAN
